As its hosts, they are the mirror of the Hotel Berghang: Melanie, Gregor and Adelinde. Together they make sure that the guests of their hotel have nothing missing and never get bored! How do they do it? With creativity and with an unceasing urge to evolve. Dynamic, organized and spontaneous: that’s probably the best way to describe this team of three!
Awarded the Michelin star 4 years in a row, 3 Gault Millau toques, a Sommelier certificate, excellent taste buds and joy of experimenting! That‘s what characterizes our chef Gregor Eschgfäller – and his cuisine, of course. That‘s what he stands for and what his guests love!

Sommelier. Cocktail expert. Endless source of ideas. Melanie combines the passion for her work with experiences she has collected all over the world. The result? An excellent service, an innovative offer, a lot of enthusiasm and creativity in the hotel.
Senior manager, very soul of the house and in love with the natural landscapes of the Val d‘Ega: Adelinde ensures that her guests do not run out of ideas for their holiday activities. For this reason too she loves to lead them through the surrounding mountains!
